Use a toothpick to pick up a little grease and spread it on the ball of the bearing. You don’t need to apply too much thin layer to fill the gap, then cover one side with dust seal, turn the bearing to make the grease fully cover the surface of the ball, and do the same on the other side .
Before pressing into the bearing, apply a layer of grease on the inner wall to lubricate and prevent the bearing from abnormal noise, and prepare for the next step of pressing into the bearing
Static press-in gaskets of different sizes

Choose the diameter suitable for your own bearing and statically press in the gasket, pad the gasket at both ends, then slowly twist the tool, press the bearing back to its original position with static force and put it back on the connecting rod, and fix the fixing screw with 6NM torque.
After this maintenance, the frame rotation point returned to normal and the abnormal noise disappeared, and the rotation point response was much more sensitive.
